Our investigation covers a range of areas, including harassment and discrimination, employee misconduct, workplace safety, and other employment-related issues. We work closely with our clients to understand the nature and scope of the issues, including conducting a preliminary investigation with a view to seeking a restorative approach for all parties involved.

Our conflict management solutions cover a range of areas, including facilitated independent mediation services, conflict resolution team coaching,  and one to one facilitation. We use a collaborative approach to conflict management that emphasises communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
