With experience working with various industries, including the MOD and County Councils, she has a particular passion for working in the NHSEleanor transitioned from executive coaching to become the Head of Organisational Development for a North London NHS Trust, where her team was shortlisted for the best non-clinical team award in its first year.
Now working independently, Eleanor draws on her expertise to develop bespoke solutions for clients and specialises in individual growth and strategic development. Eleanor holds several qualifications, including ILM 7 Executive Coach and Myers Briggs Facilitator I&II, and is currently pursuing qualifications in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy.
Nam is an accomplished Organisational Development expert with a proven track record of success in promoting employee well-being and mitigating people risk. Her collaborative approach with partners has resulted in pioneering initiatives in the UK to improve staff well-being, particularly in the areas of sleep and stress management, which have been widely lauded and recognised.
Drawing from her rich family heritage in Ayurveda, a time-honored lifestyle science spanning millennium, Nam has been able to effectively leverage traditional techniques to address contemporary lifestyle concerns in the modern workplace.
Her expertise lies in educating and instilling behavioural change among leadership and team members to optimise their sleep and stress levels, leading to enhanced employee productivity and overall organisational success.
Mark is an internationally recognised expert in Social Mindfulness. He has developed the first internationally recognised Social Mindfulness programme that enables people to understand how we see ourselves in a diverse and socially transient world and empower people to work together to meet the challenges of our times.
He believes that as individuals, we can do little because so much of what we have the freedom to do is determined by factors outside our control.
Mehvish has been an Organisational Development and HR professional for 12 years. She has worked in Local Government, Financial and Voluntary Sector and more recently the Health Service.
In 2021, Mehvish was recognised as a National Award Winner for her leadership and contribution to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion within the Health Sector. Mehvish works with various industries to support organisations on their diversity & inclusivity agenda. She is a qualified advanced Legal Executive, Mental Health First Aider, Workforce Race Equality Standards Expert and accredited Coach and Mediator. In January 2022. she was appointed to Independent Chair for the Inclusive Scrutiny Panel for Northwest London Integrated Care System (ICS)
Baneet is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in luxury hospitality across hotels, corporate sectors, and destination marketing. With a wealth of exposure to leading teams in the luxury business and world-class resort properties, Baneet has a keen interest in creating and planning business strategies, identifying and capitalising on opportunities to build revenue. She is experienced in re-openings, turnarounds, and rapid growth in highly competitive markets. Baneet is skilled at recognising and responding quickly to changing market conditions, revising strategies accordingly.
Currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Northampton, Baneet is committed to advancing her knowledge and staying at the forefront of the industry.
